Summit Connections is a real estate investment company. We often purchase property with our own funds and we sometimes include other investors in our transactions. We and several of our investors are especially interested in developments which have entitlements in place but which have not broken ground or which are incomplete. We also buy rental property or property that we can restore and then resell.

- have access to public water and sewer;
- are near metropolitan areas; and
- have government approvals in place.
Courses on Real Estate Investing
